Terms of Use

1. General

These Terms of Use govern the purchase of goods from the GROM ARCH d.o.o. online shop (hereinafter: 356 Grom). By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Products and Prices

We sell original and replacement parts for Porsche 356 and related classic vehicles. All products are accurately described on the product page.

Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. 356 Grom reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of ordering is binding.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly from the image shown.

3. Ordering Process

An order is placed by clicking "Place Order" after filling in all required fields. Upon successful submission you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

An order constitutes a binding contract only after written confirmation from 356 Grom and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of stock unavailability or technical pricing errors.

4. Payment

Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer on the basis of the invoice issued. After order confirmation, you will receive an invoice with full payment details.

Payment deadline: 8 days from invoice date. In the event of non-payment within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Delivery

Goods are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on stock availability and the chosen carrier, typically 3–10 working days within the EU.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. 356 Grom is not liable for delays caused by third parties (courier services, customs inspection).

6. Returns and Claims

Because we primarily sell vintage and replacement parts for classic vehicles, every return or claim is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue, please contact us at info356grom@gmail.com or by phone at +386 51 305 596 / +386 41 989 191.

Claims must be raised within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.

Statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

356 Grom is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or consequential damage arising in connection with the purchase or use of our products, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.

In any case, 356 Grom's liability is limited to the value of the specific order concerned.

8. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably; failing that, the competent court in Celje shall have jurisdiction.
